I’m an IT professional with real-world experience in technical support, system administration, and full-stack development, focused on building reliable and user-friendly digital solutions.
From IT Support to Full-Stack Developer
I started my career in a call center before transitioning into IT, where I gained hands-on experience in technical support, system administration, and networking. While pursuing my BSIT degree, I worked full-time, managing real-world systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting users in fast-paced environments.
Over time, I expanded into full-stack development, working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. I’ve also handled tasks like Active Directory setup, network configuration, VoIP systems, CCTV installation, and CRM operations in QA/QC for each phases from web application.
I enjoy turning ideas into real and practical solutions, whether it involves building applications, improving existing systems, or developing small Arduino based robotics projects for capstone work. My goal is to create technology that is reliable, efficient, and truly useful in solving real world problems.
